Synerzip was looking at rapid expansion both in revenue and employee count. To address the incoming business demand, it was necessary to have the right talent on board who could deliver projects with the stipulated turnaround time. Also, finding the right candidates with the required niche skills was also a big challenge for the recruitment team. Being just a small team, recruiters were finding it increasingly difficult to manage bulk open positions, source the right talent and even close positions quickly. As all positions were business critical, it was essential to find candidates who could join within a month. Synerzip's recruitment team lacked technologically sound recruiters, which was posing as a big challenge.
The iPlex addressed Synerzip's recruitment related challenges by setting up a dedicated recruitment tem that consisted of 5 recruiters. The team was placed to address the bulk hiring and quick turnaround time challenges that Synerzip was facing since long. The recruitment team consisted of recruiters who possess technological expertise and had prior experience in closing core technology positions. To ensure quick turnaround time in closing critical positions, an internal passive database was used by recruiters. This proved to be extremely helpful since recruiters had to spend very less time sourcing candidates from other platforms.
